Cincon’s CHB300W-110S series DC/DC converters offer 300 W of output power at single output voltages of 5 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 28 VDC, and 48 VDC with an industry standard half-brick package. They have a wide (4:1) input voltage range of 43 VDC to 160 VDC (110 VDC nominal) and 3,000 VDC basic isolation.
The CHB300W-110S series has high efficiency up to 91% allowing a case operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. An optional heat sink is available to extend the full power range of the unit. These converters offer a very low, no-load power consumption (10 mA) making them an ideal solution for energy-critical systems.
These converters are EN50155, EN45545, and EN50121-3-2 compliant. The standard control functions include remote on/off (positive or negative) and ±10% adjustable output voltage. They are fully protected against input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), output overcurrent, output overvoltage and overtemperature, and continuous short circuit conditions.
The CHB300W-110S series is designed primarily for common railway applications of 72 V, 96 V, and 110 V nominal voltage and suitable for distributed power architectures, telecommunications, battery-operated equipment, and industrial applications.
