Payment: SMX Power accepts the following payment methods:  MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and prepaid by wire transfer. Additionally, we offer Net 30 credit to qualified businesses.

Shipping Charges: Except otherwise stated by SMX Power, shipping or freight charges and insurance (if requested) will be paid by the customer. International customers shall be responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees.

Freight Damage: If a product is received as damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping box(s) and parts intact. Please contact info@smxpower.com immediately to initiate a claim and request RMA number.

Return Policy: For all returns not relating to manufacturers’ warranties, returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice, be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. No return is accepted without a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number from SMX Power.

NC/NR Orders: (Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable)- Orders for NCNR products cannot be cancelled. It is equally important to note that no changes can be made to the schedule for such orders without prior written approval by SMX Power.

Shortages/Incorrect products. Any claims of shortage or incorrect products must be reported to SMX Power within 3 days after receipt of shipment.

Life support: Product sold by SMX Power are not intended for use in life support application.

SMX POWER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO RECORDS OR DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS. THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURERS ARE IN LIEU OF, AND BUYER WAIVES, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE.
